Timesheet Plus User Manual Guide
As a user you can see this view for the timesheet plus home page.
If manger assigned some tasks to user, user can get his task details in My Task tab.
My Tasks: Select “My Tasks” Tab. Choose a task by selecting the checkbox for which you want to track the time and click on Track Time. Once you start the task, this task would be redirect to “Track Time”. Immediately track time will be start.
Once you have done your work on the task, click on Stop button. Total worked time will be calculated and displayed for that task.
1)Track Daily Time: You can track time for the tasks which is assigned to you. (As shown in the below).
2) Weekly Timesheets: Under “Home Page”. Please click on the Weekly Timesheet.
a)Select the week for which you want to add your projects & task details and click on Add button.
b)Select the Project, Task and Activity Type from the dropdown list and fill the time spent on each task for a selected week, which will automatically calculate the Total hours spent. (As shown in below).
3)You can even clone your previous week’s timesheet to the new timesheet if you have worked on the same project & task.
- Select “Weekly Timesheets” tab choose “Clone Weekly Timesheet” tab and then click on clone button. Project will be added to your weekly timesheet.
- You can mention the time spent and comments for a task on each day of the week and click on Submit button.
Once you click on the submit button for weekly or daily, mail would be trigger to respective project manager for approval and user should get notify once it has been approved/rejected.
4)Even you can create task yourself for respective projects. (As shown in below).
